Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will be notified regarding your refund. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment and can take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
If any item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Applies to personalized and/or special-order items and may only be exchanged for replacement in the event of incorrect, damaged, or defective item(s).
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or you’ve received an incorrect item, email us at email@example.com with your order details and images of the damage.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer is responsible for all associated freight costs including; shipping, customs charges, duties, or tariffs. Return freight costs are refunded only if the item is determined to have a manufactured defect or verifiable error. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
